You will want to fly in to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. You may choose to rent a car or take an Uber (approx $20 - $25) from the airport to the hotel, whichever is most convenient/affordable.
We have a block of rooms reserved at Holiday Inn Charlotte University. Rooms can be reserved online or by phone. If calling to reserve a room, please make sure to mention that this is for the Arbour-Davis Wedding so that they can give you our preferred room rate and assign you a room in our reserved block.
To book online, please follow the link below, choose a date between 3/16/20 - 3/18/20 and our group discount will be automatically applied. There is a shuttle that is available to transport people from the hotel to the venue and back on the day of the wedding.
ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED BY FEBRUARY 15, 2020 in order to take advantage of the group discount and the shuttle. You will reserve a room by providing a credit or debit card - your card will NOT be charged until you check in.
