While our wedding will take place in the small town of Mulberry, it’s conveniently located near several larger cities that are perfect places to stay before and after the celebration.
Fayetteville is about an hour from Mulberry and offers plenty of hotels and Airbnb options. If you’re turning the trip into a weekend getaway, you’ll find lots to do — from exploring the charming downtown square filled with shops and restaurants to strolling through the University of Arkansas campus or enjoying beautiful May weather on one of the area’s many hiking trails.
Fort Smith is just 30 minutes away and makes for a great, easy weekend escape. Discover its historic downtown lined with murals, museums, and live music; visit the Fort Smith National Historic Site; and enjoy delicious food and local brews along Garrison Avenue.
