What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4:00 PM. Please arrive between 3:30-3:45PM.

We ask that you RSVP by October 15, 2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we are very laid back on dress code, please dress appropriately as you would for a wedding and avoid the color white. Aim for Dressy Casual - feel relaxed and yourself, but still wedding-ready!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Sadly, our venue space is limited. We ask that only those who’s named on your invitation be invited to our event. Please reach out to us if you have any questions and we will clear them up for you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love children and are all inclusive. However, please remember that you are responsible for your children if you decide to bring them.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the “Travel” portion of this website. Brumley is a very small town with not many options close to the venue, please be prepared to get yourself safely to a nearby hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

In the event of a food allergy, please contact Michael or Kelsey two months prior to the event, approximately September 15, 2025.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is a gravel parking lot at the venue as well as additional parking space. Please follow the signs to make parking an ease.

Is there a designated area for smoking/vaping?

Answer

Yes. We kindly ask that you respect our guests, hosts, and venue by smoking or vaping in the parking lot, in your cars, or in the front parking lot where there will be a smoking sign. This is a mandate not only from us, but the venue itself. You will be asked to leave the premises if you cannot obey this rule, thank you!

Are there suggestions for navigating interactions with guests I find challenging?

We kindly request that all guests treat each other with respect and courtesy throughout the celebration. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive will not be tolerated per venue policy.
