We met when we were 3 and ruled the magical land of our condominium courtyard. We've been best friends our whole lives and I couldn't be more lucky to have her. She's a recent medical school graduate working now in Walla Walla, WA. She married her adoring husband Tony in 2014, and they have a beautiful daughter Remi together.

Meredith and I met at the awkward age of 12 at Eckstein Middle School in Seattle. We hit it off right away and always had a close connection, bonding over magazines, music, pop culture, and all things middle school gossip. She seriously made this time of my life so much fun. Where I could have easily been down about not being one of the "cool kids", she was above that and encouraged me to follow my own path too. I'm so glad that path has led me back to her. Meredith is currently pursuing a teaching degree, which couldn't be a better fit, and resides in Tacoma with her amazing wife Logan and their hilarious, and adorable son Lucas.
Autumn Knox

I met this gem of a human while playing in the dirt in Afghanistan. Autumn and I haven't lived in the same state in about a decade, yet we talk on the phone nearly every day, and text pretty much constantly. She's been a huge part of my life through some of the toughest struggles I couldn't possibly describe here, but she's strong and has been a rock when I needed one and hopefully I've been the same for her. Autumn is a school nurse in Colorado Springs and is hitting the books again herself this coming fall. She's the Yin to my Yang.
William Rust
Best Man
William "Uncle Billy" Rust is one of the most loyal, solid, accepting people I've ever met. He's Tom's baby brother, so the two of them together is definitely trouble waiting to happen but only in the best of ways. Since I met him about 6 years ago, he's done nothing but accept my kids Corbin and Callista as his very own niece and nephew and played the fun uncle role flawlessly. Eventually, he grew to accept me too and I've felt like I finally have a little brother. He's been a huge support, always has an open ear when times get tough, and will confidently call me or Tom out when we are being ridiculous. I'm so excited to have him in our wedding, but I'll never tell him that.
Matthew Wright

Matt has been a friend of Tom since probably before I was born. Well, maybe not quite but almost! Matt and Tom have such a strong, freespirited bond that despite not seeing each other often, they can still carry on like a couple of little playground friends. Matt is always a fun person to be around, whether we're cruising around Lake Washington, playing in the snow at Leavenworth, or having deep discussions after too many drinks, he's always able to find the light and the joy in everything. Recently he put up with my constant plan changing for Tom's birthday and didn't even bat an eye. I'm so grateful Tom has a friend like Matt by his side in this crazy life and I'm honored to have him in our wedding party.
Alan Jacobson

Alan is one of the most genuinely sweet, caring people I have ever met. When I first met him, it was at his own house. As if I wasn't nervous enough meeting my boyfriend's family, I was on their turf. I knew I had to knock this first impression out of the park. It turns out, I didn't. But that was okay! Alan nevertheless welcomed me in with open arms, welcomed Corbin and Callista in with even opener arms, and has been such a good, reliable figure in all of our lives. He is Tom's brother-in-law, but the way those two carry on, you'd swear they were just regular blood brothers. The blood part makes it sound kind of gross. I can remove that part later. Anyway, Alan has been there for our family countless times, and if he's ever unavailable he just sends Blake and we're all none the wiser. Alan has already made me feel like part of the family, and I'm so excited to make it official.
