Matron of Honor
Casey Beltran is my second oldest sister and a an important role model in my life. She continues to teach me every day what it means to be a loving wife, mother, and woman of faith. Our family was heartbroken when she moved to Virginia 11 years ago; however, that decision is what led me to follow her to Virginia and meet my now husband, Will.
Best Man
I met Matt back in 2019 when I switched careers from being a firefighter to becoming a cop. When I was first assigned to the midnight squad, I attribute most of what I learned to Matt's generous mentorship. We became fast friends and spent a lot of our time off together going to breweries or hanging out with our friends. He is without a doubt someone I know I can go to whenever I need help or someone to talk to.

Courtney is my oldest sister. From my earliest memories of our childhood together, I recall her motherly, caring role in me and my siblings' lives. I recall watching in my little-girl-awe as she'd get ready for prom or practice her cheers in the front yard. Though I don’t remember, I know that she is responsible for changing many of my diapers and rocking me in the old, oak rocking chair.
Groomsman
John and I have known each other for roughly 15 years now. We met first thing freshman year of high school and have remained close friends ever since. Together, we have spent many long talks playing video games until the early hours of the morning. Even though John lives out in Florida, we still keep in regular contact.
Maid of Honor
Elena came into my life in 2017 on one very random and, to the day, unspecific Thursday night in the women's restroom of our favorite and much frequented country line dancing bar. From that moment forward, dancing and snowboarding have both been major common ground that shaped and forged our forever friendship. Fun fact, she was present on Will and my first date together. Feel free to ask her how much she enjoys playing the role of our third wheel.

Cepello and I have known each other since the police academy when we were placed in the same squad together. By happenstance, we were actually both assigned to not only the same squad, but the same station and, furthermore, became partners at work. We are good friends no matter how much crap we give each other. I have fond memories of us both sitting in an empty parking lot at 2 in the morning at work talking about nonsense waiting for the next call.
Bridesmaid
My friendship with Kelsie blossomed out of a shared first name and love of line dancing . I recall our early twenties spent coordinating matching outfits and dancing until our bodies ached and holes penetrated the bottom of our cowgirl boots. I now credit Kelsie as a major inspiration that led me to pursue my ambitions and go to grad school to become a teacher; her hard work and dedication constantly amaze me.
Groomsman
I met Kyle when he switched from day work to midnights on the same squad as Matt, Massie, Cepello and Heacks in McLean District. We would regularly hang out on our days off - along with the rest of the McLean squad in this wedding party. I have fond memories of playing Tarkov at very odd hours of the night, considering both of our schedules were affected from working midnights at work.
Bridesmaid
Diem was one of the first friends I made after moving from California to Oregon. We have been friends for 12 years now and she is and will always be the first person I go to when life calls for a friend. I owe it to Diem for everything she has taught be about strength and perseverance and am blessed for the kindness she showed me when I strolled into h

Hunter, who we all refer to notably as "Massie," was another friend I made at work. Massie was assigned to the same midnight squad I was working with Matt. He and I have a shared love for all things science fiction and fantasy, and that along with work became the common ground with which we built our friendship. We spent many nights with our friend group playing board games and video games together.
Bridesmaid
Jade and I met in grad school in the summer of 2022 at the University of Portland. Being both double Pilots, our friendship quickly took off, and I was lucky enough to have Jade by myside in the second semester of our student teaching together. I miss our quick teacher coffee runs during prep periods and our trusty Pablo the Penguin mascot. Jade has taught me not only what it means to be a good teacher, but what it means to be friend.

I also met Heaks at work when I went to the midnight shift in McLean. We would regularly hang out on our days off along with Cepello, Kyle, Matt, Jack, and Massie. I recently followed him up to Major Crimes where he and I work together. Additionally, I was there to see his blooming relationship with Emily, who he is getting married to, and he was there for the blooming of my relationship with Kelsey.
Bridesmaid
Clare and I met by the grace of God one Sunday morning at Saint Timothy's Catholic Church. My mom and I were attending mass that day when a friend of ours yelled out our names. She happened to be visiting from Oregon and ended up at the same mass on the same day at the same time as us. When she introduced us to her niece, Clare, we became friends instantaneously. Clare is a genuine soul and reminds me every day how far faith can take a person
Groomsman
I met Shaun back in 2015 when I moved to Virginia for the first time from Maryland. We were in the same fire academy together in Prince William County. We became good friends and spent a lot of our time together outside of work going to the range or trying out new breweries around Virginia. He is the kind of man to always lend a helping hand.
Bridesmaid
Ali is the very first friend I met in Virginia. I fondly recall the adventures we took together across Virginia. Most notably, I recall her taking me on mini road trips to hike the Great Falls or see the Blue Ridge Mountains. She is at the point used to my teasing of said "mountains" being a third the size of the mountains I am used to back on the West Coast. Ali is a true friend that is always thinking of others and time spent with her is always time well spent.

I met Jack through Matt back when I first joined the midnight squad in McLean. After a few years working the midnight squad, Jack and I were assigned to the same unit at Tysons working organized retail theft. We spent many days off hanging out or sending each other stupid, relatable work or cat videos. Jack and I went through a lot while we were at Tysons and became close through that same shared work struggle.
