Question

What accommodations are available for out-of-town guest?

Answer

Many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us! We have arranged for multiple room blocks at several nearby hotels. These are all in walking distances to The Adelphi Hotel (where the ceremony and reception will be held). You can find more information, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Travel & Stay" page.

Can I bring my kids?

While we LOVE children, we've opted for an adults-only night to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding is black-tie optional. Women can wear an evening gown, midi or knee-length cocktail dress. For men, you can wear tuxedos or a dark suit and tie. Please reframe from wearing khakis and short dresses.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00pm EST. Please arrive a by 4:45pm.

Is there parking at The Adelphi Hotel?

Answer

Yes! The Adelphi Hotel has valet parking. There are also multiple garages that charge an hourly rate.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. We will be having a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception, which will be outdoors on a covered patio.

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

We will not be providing any type of transportation to or from the wedding venue. This is because most of the hotels we have room blocks at are all in walking distances (within 10 minutes) from The Adelphi Hotel. Of course, there are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis available in Saratoga as well.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Sure! Just no flashes please :)

Question

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a welcome party at Bailey's in downtown Saratoga on Friday night. Please check the "Schedule" page for more details.

What type of food and drinks will be served at the reception?

Answer

We will be serving passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert. There will also be an open bar starting during cocktail hour and will go to the end of the reception.

I have allergies/ dietary restrictions. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

We will be including a section on the RSVP card for guests to write any dietary restrictions.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a selection of wine, beer and cocktails along with non-alcoholic drinks and our signature mocktail.
