How do I dress for Black Tie Optional?

Answer

It's just a fancy way to say dress in your best party attire! You have the option of wearing your most formal attire (think: an evening gown or tuxedo) but you may also choose to wear a suit or cocktail dress instead. Just make sure you can dance in it!

Where should I park?

Answer

We suggest parking at W Nashville to avoid paying for parking twice. We will have shuttles beginning at 4:45pm transporting guests from W Nashville to Union Station. Meet your fellow party goers in the lobby, make some new friends and hop on the bus to the ceremony!

If I plan on using Uber or Lyft, where should I go?

Answer

Head straight to Union Station and the shuttle will take you to the reception at W Nashville afterwards.

Should I leave the kids at home?

Answer

We love your kids but we'd love it even more if you pretended like we were in college again - this is your excuse for parents night out! Let's just say, if they can't hang on the dance floor, they can hang at home with the babysitter!
