Where is the wedding taking place?

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Newport Vineyards in Middletown RI. 909 E Main Rd, Middletown, RI 02842 beginning at 5:30pm

Do you have a room block?
Answer
Yes! We have a hotel block and will have transportation pick up and drop off provided. Additionally, guests are welcome to stay at any hotel in downtown Newport but pick up transportation will not be provided. Please see the accomodations tab and the front page for additional details on which hotels have a block reserved and which hotels will have complimentary shuttle service

Is transportation being provided?
Answer
Yes, there will be transportation provided from the Holiday Inn Express and Sonesta Select (both in Middletown RI) both to and from Newport Vineyards.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Transportation will be depart from hotels: Bus Schedule (pre-ceremony): Pick up at Sonesta Select 4:30 and 4:40 PM Pick up at Holiday Inn 4:40 and 4:50 PM

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is parking on site, but no overnight parking is allowed. Please use the provided busses if you can!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes absolutely we will accomodate all allergies and food restrictions - please contact either of us directly so we can confirm with the venue.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside in a grassy area. Cocktail hour will be outside with a covered patio (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors. Newport weather in early September is typically warm, and can be very windy so please plan accordingly.

Will there be dancing?
Answer
Yes and plenty of it. Make sure to bring your dancing shoes.

This will be an adults only event - thank you for understanding.

Answer
After the wedding reception has ended, transportation will be provided to downtown Newport to continue the festivities for those who would like to join.
