We have a room block reserved here for our out of town guests! Please call (301)631-2000 and identify yourself as part of the Carpenter Sammons Wedding Group to make a reservation! Note: 50% of the unreserved rooms will be released to the public on August 30th. All of the remaining rooms will be released to the public on September 27th, so please be sure to make your reservation before these dates to be guaranteed a room! It is conveniently located near the mall as well as several shopping plazas. It is ~12 minutes from the church and 15 minutes from the reception venue!

This hotel is actually right up the street from where Kelsey's parents live! It is a relatively newer hotel and is conveniently located ~7 minutes from the church and only 15 minutes from the reception venue. It is also very close to route 15 which is the main highway throughout the Frederick area.

Home2Suites is a newer hotel in the southern Frederick area. It is conveniently located near the mall and the movie theater as well as several other shopping centers. It is ~12 minutes from the church and ~ 15 minutes from the reception venue.

Another nicer option in the southern Frederick area. Right next to Home2Suites this hotel is also located near several dining, entertainment, and shopping options! It is also ~12 minutes from the church and 15 minutes from the reception venue.

Another nicer hotel option on the south side of town! ~12 minutes from the church and 15 minutes from the reception venue. Close to the mall, the movie theater and countless dining options.

Flight

BWI - Baltimore Washington International Airport

For guests that are considering flying in - BWI is probably the closest and most convenient airport to fly into. Washington/Dulles is an option as well but is located in the DC area and tends to have much more traffic. Both are ~1 hour away from Frederick.

Travel Note

Drive Time from Knoxville

Several of our guests will be traveling from Tennessee up to Maryland for our big day (we thank you all more than you know and appreciate it so much)! Generally speaking, the drive from Knoxville to Frederick is ~6.5 hours give or take depending on stops and traffic. The good news is it's basically straight up 81!
