McKenna is my youngest sister whom I have grown closer with as we have grown! McKenna is in the Army Reserves and I am in awe of her choice to walk that path. We always have the best inside jokes when we are together. I love how thoughtful and kind she is. She has spent many times over helping us shovel dirt or stain with no questions asked (i'm sure the reward of food helped though!) Anyways, there is no one else I'd rather have by my side and I can see her helping me with my hair and makeup, making sure it is perfect!
Mark Austin
Best Man
Mark is the only brother I will have and we will always be there to support each other. Mark is in anesthesia residency to become an anesthesiologist at University of Michigan. I am immensely proud of the difficult and long path he has chosen to take. Mark has always been an avid video gamer and I have always had someone to play and share gaming stories with. As my older brother, he is the only person I would be proud of to have by my side on this special day. You'll most likely find us shooting a celebratory firework to end the night!
Anna Winstead

They say a friendship will last a lifetime after seven years. I have known Anna since Freshman year of high school at good old Milford High going on 10 years now. We really became close during Sophomore year when she joined the swim team. We got even closer when we would coach the middle school swim team! Our inside jokes are always hilarious and we have the best of times when we are dancing to the Year 3000 or loving on our cats. Staying in touch after high school and college was always easy with Anna and I am honored to have her by my side! You will be seeing us dancing to the Year 3000 on the dance floor!
Jarvelle Paschall

Jarvelle has always been considered to be apart of the Austin family. Mark, Jarvelle & I, have been close friends since we were kids and our friendship is just as strong today. Jarvelle graduated from Oakland University with a degree in Law and is continuing his desire to become a Registered Nurse at Wayne State University. I am impressed at his drive to continue on the path to a career he is passionate about! Jarvelle has also always been by my side when traveling. Even through the 120+ degree heat of Las Vegas during the 4th of July! I am honored to have him stand up by me on this important day. You will probably find us having a celebratory drink at the end of the reception!
Monika Gaiser

Having been friends for 7+ years, I know our friendship will last a lifetime. Staying in touch through letters during college and after has been easy with Monika. We were also on the swim team and we really got to know each other during the swim season. I always remember Monika doodling on my schoolwork and she even hand drew a poster board of Pokemon for my birthday! I can always count on her to tell me things straight. I can also never forget how good her mom's homemade quesadillas are & they are truly missed! I am extremely grateful & honored that she will be coming all the way from Florida to stand by my side on this special day!
Nico Dupell

Nico is another close childhood friend that I have known for 20+ years. The Dupell & Austin family have always been close friends. Nico graduated from Grand Valley University with a degree in Sports Management and has found a career he is passionate about. He is lucky enough to travel across the United States and attend a variety of professional sports games as a graphics specialist. He always has the best stories from his travels and it is a blast catching up when he is in town. I am in awe and excited that he has found a career that he loves! Nico is a great friend and I am lucky to have him support me on my big day. You will be able to find us catching up and exchanging travel stories from the past year!
Brenten Pierson

Growing up, Brenten and I were close. I remember we would go biking around the neighborhood together and meet up with another childhood friend, Cole. We worked together as lifeguards and had fun messing around during the in-services. He is my only brother and I can always trust him to have my back and be there when needed. I'm honored to have him stand up and be by my side!
Ricky Greig

A friendship based in healthcare is a special kind of friendship. We endure the hardships that nursing brings to us and the unique (and dark) sense of humor that almost all health care professionals develop. Spending 12-hour shifts working together during the night can really bring together people and start the best of friendships. Ricky is one of those friendships that has grown stronger not just in the hospital but outside of work as well. I can count on Ricky in the ICU to help and support me and it just made sense to have him stand up on my side. You will probably find Kyle & I with Ricky & his wife, Amalie doing a congratulatory pickle-back shot during the reception!

Alex and I have known each other since grade school. Alex went to Grand Valley State and graduated with a bachelors in accounting & financing. He currently is awaiting to become a licensed accountant. Alex has been that friend where even if we have not seen each other for a long time, we just pick up right where we left off. We can talk for hours just catching up on what life has been like. He is getting married to his future wife, Sarah in August of this year! You will probably find us celebrating to our new lives as married men!
Sam Jennex

The Jennex family has been family friends since before I or Sam was born. It was only natural that we would also become close friends growing up. Sam has felt like a little brother to me and I remember how when he was over, we would always be outside playing or riding bikes together. Sam is studying to be a robotics manager which is quite an impressive title. He has a love for the trades such as myself and we are always sharing our perspectives on related topics. We also share the same taste of music and I can always count on him to attend heavy rock concerts with me! I am extremely lucky to have him stand with me and be apart of this special day. You will most likely find us exchanging new songs or bands we have heard with each other!
