We reserved a private section of the beautiful Sottomarino Beach Club in Sestri Levante! Everyone is encouraged to join us. This is a relaxed, come-and-go kind of day where we can all connect, soak up the sun, and enjoy the company of our favorite people in a dreamy setting. There will be a BBQ chef right on the beach just for our group, fresh foods, aperitivos, music, beach games, swimming, reserved chairs & umbrellas on our private section of the beach with amenities (bathroom, etc). The cost is €100 per person, and guests are welcome to stay all day or for whichever part of the day best suits your schedule. Guests to arrive at 4:00 - 4:30pm. Ceremony to begin at 5:30pm. Reception to follow— cocktail hour, dinner, dessert and dancing. Attire for Wedding Day: For those going for a feminine look, think along the lines of a full length dress or posh midi, formal pantsuit, dressy skirt with an elevated blouse, and a pair of heels, kitten heels or nice flats. Or for a more masculine look, a black suit or dark-hued tux (no cummerbund, tails or cufflinks needed) with a crisp button up, and a pair of polished Oxfords or Chelsea boots. Patterns okay, but noisy prints and neon colors discouraged. We'd suggest bringing a light jacket, pashmina or overcoat in case it cools off in the evening. Both the ceremony and reception will be at Grand Hotel dei Castelli— primarily outdoors with coverage and mostly even grounds (stone, pavement, cobblestone, some grass during the ceremony only). Average temperatures in early May in Sestri range from 62°F to 73°F.
