Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail

Ceremony will start at 4:30. Please bring your mask. Ceremony will be outside weather permitting. Chairs will be placed 2 together and 6 feet apart from others. The shuttles will be at each hotel at 3:30 pm. Please be prompt to get to the shuttles in time as there is only one pick up time per hotel. The venue is 30 minutes from the hotel. If you miss the shuttle, you can drive to Mount Ida and pick up your car the next day ( or easier to get a ride share to Mount Ida than back).
