Western BBQ Welcome Party

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Kick off the wedding weekend with some good ol’ fashioned Western hospitality! We invite EVERYONE to feel free to come on the property at 3 PM with dinner starting around 5 PM. Join us for a laid-back evening of BBQ, cold drinks, and country tunes as we gather under the open sky to celebrate the start of our wedding festivities. Dust off your cowboy boots, hats, denim, fringe, or any western-inspired look you love. Dressing on theme is encouraged but not required — comfort and fun come first.

This event is semi-formal. Feel free to wear cowboy boots!

Please arrive at 2:30 PM at the latest to allow for time to find your seats! The ceremony will start promptly at 3 PM. Cocktail Hour & light snacks will be offered after the Ceremony!

Celebratory Brunch & Party at the Lake

11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Relax & bring your bathing suits!

There will be brunch and light snacks! We strongly recommend that children under the age of 13, wear a properly fitted life jacket when in or near a body of water, and that children are actively supervised by a "water watcher". Please be actively responsible for your littles while at the lake- we want to make sure everyone enjoys their day with safety as a priority! This will be the final event that we're hosting at The Hideout, and we’re so thankful we were able to share it with all of you. We hope you’ve had an amazing time celebrating with us, your love and presence mean so much to us. Please travel safely, and we can’t wait to see you again soon.
