While we're maintaining an optimistic outlook with community spread and vaccinations (we both got ours!) our first priority is to make sure everyone who wants to attend has fun and stays safe! Here's our COVID mitigations: -All events including the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and post-wedding gatherings will be outdoors -Mask wearing will be expected by all guests and resort employees -Socially distanced seatings for families and couples during the ceremony and reception -COVID testing for wedding party and us prior to the wedding (we welcome and encourage you to get one, if possible!) -Online streaming of the ceremony for those who cannot safely attend If we need to make any changes due to the ever evolving situation, we will post here and communicate those to all guests. Please check again as the wedding gets closer!
We will be staying at Loews on Thursday the 15th and checking out on Monday, the 18th. We would love to use this weekend to spend time with family and friends!
The ceremony and reception are formal attire. Please bring a dark suit or tux, or a floor length gown, dressy cocktail dress, or a smart pant-suit. The outdoor wedding has slightly uneven ground at times; stiletto heels are not recommended. Don't forget your favorite mask! The Tucson weather in mid-April is lovely! We are expecting sunny days in the highs of mid 80s, and chilly nights in the mid 50s. Dressing in layers is a must this time of year as the mornings and evenings can get chilly! Don't forget your sunscreen and a swimsuit! Tucson features amazing mountain hikes directly from the resort grounds. We hope you will bring your hiking shoes and enjoy the Catalina Mountains while you're here!
