Things To Do

Spetses is a wonderful island for us to fulfill our vision of a smaller, more intimate wedding, allowing us to spend more time with close family and friends. It's also a beautiful island that we think you will love. Below is some information on the island and some suggestions for things you can do. Spetses is a part of the Saronic islands, just off the coast of the Southern Peloponnes. There is only one town on the island, Dapia. This is where the ferry or water taxi will drop you off. It's a small, but compact town of about 5,000 yearly residents. You can walk from one side to the other in about 40 minutes. The vast majority of the island, however, is fairly empty. You may enjoy biking around the island (about 1.5 hours), taking a boat to a secluded beach, or stopping at cafes along the promenade. It's a magical place.
