Fly Fishing
The guys at Trout Creek Outfitters offer top-notch guide services and will provide a great fly fishing experience. The Truckee River is a coveted fishing destination for anglers and located right in town!
Mountain Biking
Mountain bike rentals are plentiful in the Truckee/Tahoe area, but our favorite is The Backcountry. They will set you up with great bikes and will have awesome recommendations for trails in the area that fit your ability. If you have questions on where to go, ask Ben or Kelsey.
Lake Tahoe
A 25 minute drive from Truckee, Lake Tahoe is worth the short drive! 12 miles across, 22 miles long. Lake Tahoe is known as the Jewel of the Sierra. You have to see it to believe it!
