Where are the Ceremony & Reception Taking Place?

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving between 3:00 - 3:15 PM to allow time to park, find your seat, and get settled. If you are staying at the Boston Marriott Peabody Hotel, the shuttle will depart at 2:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM.

Is the Venue Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The thirty-minute ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). Cocktail hour and the reception will be held entirely indoors.

Yes, there is ample parking on-site if needed at no cost.

What is The Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We kindly request that our guests dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire, and we warmly encourage you to elevate your look for the special occasion. Please respect the setting by refraining from jeans, sneakers, or any form of casual clothing. For Gentlemen: A suit and tie are preferred, but dress trousers paired with a dress shirt and jacket, are expected. For Ladies: Cocktail dresses, floor-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or similar polished attire are most appropriate. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing shades of white. Let’s celebrate in style—together. Visit the "Guest Attire" tab on this website for more guidance or style inspiration. The ceremony may take place outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels! We recommend layering with a wrap or shawl to stay comfortable throughout the ceremony.

Where Should I Stay?

We have reserved hotel blocks at two nearby locations: - The Marriott Boston Peabody (the couple will be staying at this hotel) - The Wylie Inn at Tupper Manor (right on site) For booking links, rates, and additional details, please visit the "Travel" tab on this website.

Will there be a shuttle between the hotels and the venue?

Answer

If you're staying at the Wylie Inn at Tupper Manor, you're already on the property with just a short indoor walk to the designated area. Shuttles will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at the Boston Marriott Peabody Hotel. Shuttles will arrive at 2:25 PM for a 2:30 PM departure. Return shuttles will arrive at the venue at 9 PM and depart at 9:15 PM.

Can I Bring a Guest?

We are excited to celebrate this day with our closest friends and family, and can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear when you RSVP online.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only celebration.

Can I Take Photos?

Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask that you be present with us and keep your phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture all the special moments and are excited to share the photos with you. Feel free to snap pictures and videos throughout the rest of the night after the ceremony!

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Please RSVP no later than October 14th. After this date, we may not be able to accommodate changes, as our final guest count will have already been sent out to vendors.

What if I Have Dietary Restrictions or Allergies?

We will have vegetarian and gluten-free options available. If you have any other dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs.
