While we don't have a reserved block here, we are recommending this hotel for anyone traveling in larger groups - especially those with dogs, or those bringing younger children and childcare. The Residence Inn is literal steps away from the Courtyard Marriott where our shuttles will be picking up and dropping off, so anyone with more complex booking needs will still be able to take advantage of group transportation.

Flight
The closest large airport is Albany (ALB), one and a half hours from Accord. There is no public transportation from the airport, but there are some private shuttle services that can drop you off at various towns near the wedding venue; however, for guests flying here, a rental car is still strongly recommended.
Flight
For anyone flying into SWF, which is one hour from both our Marriott hotel block and our venue, a rental car will be necessary as there is no public transport from the airport.
Train
If you're coming up from NYC, you have a few public transportation options that will get you most of the way here: MetroNorth commuter rail (Grand Central or Harlem-125th St to Poughkeepsie), Amtrak (to Rhinecliff), or Trailways bus (42nd St to Kingston). YOU WILL NEED A CAR PICKUP TO GET THE REST OF THE WAY FROM ALL OF THESE LOCATIONS. Uber & other rideshare services are extremely unreliable in the HV, especially at night, so when figuring out your arrival time to the region, please plan & carpool ahead. We will have shuttle service to & from the venue on our wedding day - details to come.
