We'll have primary shuttle service from the Courtyard by Marriott in Kingston. See the Travel tab of our website for details. There are many charming Airbnb options in the area, but please keep transportation in mind if you are planning to drink. There are no rideshares (Uber, Lyft, etc) out here.
We will provide shuttle transport to and from the wedding for folks staying at our designated hotel blocks. If you won't be able to use the shuttle, please plan alternate transportation in advance. Feel free to reach out to Kelsey or Quinn directly for suggestions!
Yes – there's a large gravel lot across from the venue entrance.
For Welcome Drinks, Casual Cocktail; for the big day, Cocktail Attire. Bring layers – it can be chilly this time of year. Our venue has grass and gravel in parts, so please wear shoes that can stand up to soft ground.
We're planning an outdoor ceremony but we'll have a backup tent if the weather is gnarly. Typically, late April weather in the Hudson Valley is sunny and ranges anywhere from 50-70 degrees – but we'll be in the country, so it will feel chillier. Pack layers!
You can navigate to the RSVP tab of this website!
Please RSVP no later than March 20th.
If your invitation indicates so, then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
We love kids, yours in particular – but we're going to be partying hard, so we'll be keeping our event child-free. Thanks for understanding.
Stonehill's will have complementary onsite golfcart service for anyone who has difficulty walking. Please alert us asap if anyone in your group will require this service.
Welcome drinks, the ceremony, the reception, and the after-party are all on the Stonehill's property.
So glad you asked, because it's not the way you're thinking! It's "ACK-ord", rhymes with backboard, NOT "uh-CORD" as in a type of pact (though that would be fitting given what we're planning here).
