Are kids invited?

We are unable to invite children to our wedding weekend. We hope that the advance notice means you are still able to attend!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Guests may arrive as early as 4:00pm for the ceremony. A trolly will be available for transportation for 30 guests at 3:40pm right outside of the Royal Sonesta. At the end of the night, the trolly will make two trips back to the hotel, once at 9:40pm and again at 10:30pm. Other than the trolly, we recommend driving, carpooling or using Uber/Lyft.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot that can be accessed via 21st Street. You will pull a ticket at the gate and will need to get a validation sticker from the Security Guard onsite, they will likely be at the door upon arrival. Once you leave, you will need to scan your original ticket and then the validation sticker. That will cover their parking for that night.

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a semi-formal attired event. The reception offers a free coat check service and while you can dress for the weather- the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be indoors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your formal invitation says "add Guest" then yes. If you have any questions before you receive your invitation, feel free to reach out to Tim or Kelsea.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

There will be an open bar and plated dinner at the reception with vegan and gluten free options that can be selected in your RSVP.
