Why an elopement?

Answer

Luke and I love weddings but we have seen (and experienced) the stress planning a big event for other people brings. Planning and paying for a large wedding is not something either one of us are interested in. Most importantly though we want the moment we commit to a life together to be something that is easy, enjoyable, and just about us. Life is stressful enough, we would prefer not to start our life together that way.

Are family members invited to the elopement?

Answer

No, this is a private event between the Bride and Groom.

Will you be having a reception?

Answer

Sorta! We will have a gathering of family, and family friends, and then we will do something with our friends at a later date!
