What is the latest I can book the hotel using the wedding room block?
Answer
Please book your hotel stay at either The Hilton Garden Inn or Homewood Suites by Hilton before August 24, 2026. Both hotels have blocks reserved under the Kelly-Towler wedding. You can reserve online by using the link provided or call and mention the ‘Kelly-Towler’ wedding or 'KTW' for our special rates.

Please RSVP by Friday, August 1, 2026.

Can I check in to the hotel early?
Answer
Check-in time for Homewood Suites is 3:00pm or later, while checkout time is 12:00pm. Check-in time for Hilton Garden Inn is 4:00pm or later, while checkout time is 11:00am. Every effort will be made to accommodate early check in requests but they cannot be guaranteed in advance. Early check ins if they are accommodated are subject to a $25.00 early check in fee before 3pm.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?
Answer
As long as the weather cooperates we will be having an outdoor ceremony. We’re hoping for a beautiful Fall day.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at 4:30pm sharp. Please arrive by 4pm to choose your seat and settle in.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels?
Answer
Yes, there will be a shuttle from the hotels to the venue, as well as back to the hotels at the end of the night.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is free parking at Perona Farms. The ceremony and reception will be held at one location.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
The wedding will be semi-formal. This means knee and midi-length dresses for women, while a suit jacket and tie with dress slacks for men is appropriate.

Are children invited, can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to venue restrictions we are only able to accommodate those on your invitation. If you are unsure feel free to reach out.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?
Answer
Yes. Respectfully, we ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?
Answer
Of course! Please let us know in the notes section when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
