Shuttle to Venue (pick-up location 1)
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

1st pick up location. If you are not there before 3pm, the bus will leave without you.
Shuttle to Venue (pick-up location 2)
3:00 pm - 3:15 pm
2nd pick up location. This is the last pick-up to get shuttled to the venue.
Wedding
3:30 pm - 11:30 pm

The attire is MT formal
There will be a shuttle bus picking up and dropping off from the Gallatin County Fairgrounds (2:45-3pm) and one hotel, C'mon Inn, (3-3:15pm). We will have yard games prior to the ceremony with drinks and light appetizers. Ceremony will begin at 5 pm, followed by dinner at 6:30 pm. Dancing will begin in the top of the barn once it starts to cool off and last until ~11 pm. Shuttle bus to take riders home will leave at 11:15pm. Do not miss the bus if that was your ride to the venue.
After Party - Kiddo watching
7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
We will be hiring a couple of baby sitters to watch the kiddos so that parents can enjoy the dance party. We will have a 10x20 party tent that will house the kid activities and are hiring nannies to watch the kids in the tent.
Shuttle from Venue
11:00 pm - 11:15 pm

Shuttle bus gets there at 11pm and will leave at 11:15pm. Will go to C'mon Inn 1st and then to the fairgrounds for the final drop-off.
