We're calling it “docktail” attire - cocktail attire, but on a dock! Please consider that our ceremony and reception will be near the water on dock flooring. Women may prefer block heels or flats and longer dresses. Gentlemen, please consider dark suits or jackets and slacks. Layers are never a bad idea for fall in New England!
Transportation will be provided from downtown Providence hotels to our wedding venue, the Bristol Harbor Inn, and back on Friday, October 14. Shuttles will be leaving promptly at 4 pm; please be in the lobby by 3:45. Guests are welcome to drive themselves to and from our wedding venue; valet parking is complimentary. Rush-hour traffic from Providence to Bristol can be hit or miss; please take this (and our trusty friends Google Maps/Waze) into consideration when timing your travel! Our ceremony begins at 5 in the evening. Please note that check-in at The Graduate is at 4 pm; hotel concierge is prioritizing early-check-in for our room block guests but it is not guaranteed.
Shuttles leave the Graduate hotel promptly at 4 pm. Please meet in the lobby at 3:45! Note: check-in at the Graduate is at 4 pm; we are working with concierge to provide early check-in for our guests where possible but there is no guarantee. You may leave your bags with the front desk for safe keeping if your room is not ready before bus departure. We are sorry for the potential inconvenience!
It is about 30 minutes (without traffic). Buses will be departing The Graduate at 4 pm sharp; please meet in the lobby by 3:45! If you are driving yourself, please give 40-45 minutes to account for rush hour traffic.
We love your kids - a lot. But we will be very close to the water and as a safety precaution request no children at our reception. Thank you!
We are opting for a "family style" dinner and will be serving meat, fish, and vegetarian options for our guests. Please note in your rsvp if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies we should be aware of!
