What expenses am I required to cover?

Travel and Hotel expenses will need to be covered by each party guest. All food, drinks, and events will be provided by the hosts.

What about parking?

Answer

Street parking is available around The DeLor House, 2263 St Johns Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32204. Please avoid parking in front of the house on St Johns Avenue, as it will be used to drop off guests. Jacksonville has just a few rules regarding parking. Avoid parking 30 ft in front of a stop sign and 15 feet from the end of Osceola Street, where it meets the river and has a river catch basin. Park in the direction of traffic flow and you are good! We will provide a detailed map either Friday night or in your rooms, indicating the location of our Saturday night dinner venue, at Oceana Restaurant, along with parking options for that evening. There will be on-street parking, a drop-off area in-front of the restaurant and ample remote parking a few blocks away. Car pooling would be a good idea.
