Question
What is the attire?
Answer
Semi-formal or cocktail attire is appropriate. The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be tented, right on the same property. You can see in the photo above that there are some steps to the seating for the ceremony, so you may want to keep that in mind for footwear. The chairs are on grass, but the tented reception area has solid floors. Being early October in the Northeast, it's hard to predict what the weather will be. It could be chilly or it could be warm. Dress however you will feel most comfortable. The outdoor ceremony is about a half hour so we will only be outside for a short time. The reception area has both heating and cooling units to make sure that the temperature is comfortable no matter what the weather brings that day.

Is there onsite parking?

Yes! There is a lot right on the property for guests who wish to drive. We also highly encourage Uber and Lyft for everyone to get home safely.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
While we love your children, this will be an adults-only wedding and reception. Make it a date night and come let loose! For capacity reasons we are only able to accommodate those who are directly addressed on the invitation.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 5:30. You may arrive any time after 5. There will be a champagne greeting on the mansion veranda from 5-5:30, giving guests time to get settled and find seats.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
Cocktail hour immediately follows the ceremony, from 6-7. The bar will be open and there will be hand-passed hors d'oeuvres. Following cocktail hour will be a buffet-style dinner. After dinner there will be coffee, hot cider, and dessert stations, as well as a late night station toward the end of the night. Both the hors d'oeuvres and dinner buffet will have vegetarian accommodations included.
