When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please let us know if you will be able to join us by March 25, 2025. This will help us finalize our plans and ensure we can accommodate everyone. We appreciate your timely response and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests wear formal attire for the celebration. We want everyone to feel comfortable while maintaining the elegance of the occasion. We can't wait to see you all dressed to impress!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are excited to host an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting, though April can be unpredictable! Please stay tuned for updates as we get closer to the big day. Regardless of the weather, the reception will be held indoors, so we’ll be sure to celebrate in comfort no matter what!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at Poplar Springs by 4:45 PM so that we can begin the ceremony promptly. We appreciate your punctuality and look forward to sharing this special day with you!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If "and guest" or your plus-one’s name is included on your invitation, you are welcome to bring a guest. We look forward to celebrating with you and your plus-one on April 26, 2025!

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

To ensure everyone enjoys the meal, there will be an option to note any dietary restrictions or allergies on the RSVP card. Please feel free to let us know if you have any special requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

In order to ensure an adult-focused celebration, we are kindly requesting that only guests aged 15 and older attend. We hope this allows our guests to enjoy the event without distractions. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us make this day special!

Can I take my own photos?

Answer

We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture the ceremony, so we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during this time. However, during the cocktail hour and reception, feel free to take your own photos and share them with us! We’ll be providing a QR code for you to upload your pictures, and we’ll share more details soon. Thank you for helping us create beautiful memories!
