Step 2 - Negative COVID Test

Must be completed 72 hours before you arrive in Hawaii. Test must be done by a Hawaii Safe Travels "Trusted Partner" - https://hawaiicovid19.com/travel-partners/ We have been using ADL Health - Google United Airlines COVID test and you will get a link for a discounted at home test ($119) - Takes a few days to arrive so order today Vault seems to be another easy reliable at home option Test is shipped to your house, you complete Zoom COVID swab 3 days before flight, UPS to their lab and get emailed results. Upload Results to Hawaii Safe Travels Site in the exemption tab, also bring a printed copy

Step 2 - Proof of Vaccination

Upload your vaccination card into the exemption tab of the Hawaii Safe Travels website, also bring a copy of the card with you. Can do this at any time so do it now

Step 3 - Health Questionnaire

24 Hours before your trip, you will be required to fill out a health questionnaire on the Hawaii Safe Travels website, this must be completed before your flight takes off

Step 4 - QR Code

Answer

After you have completed all the steps, you will be given a QR code through the Hawaii Safe Travels site. You will need to show this when getting off the plane and likely also when picking up a rental car and checking into a hotel.
