Block Name: Olthof | Peters Wedding Block Dates & Rates: Thursday, Friday & Saturday - December 21st, 22 & 23rd (guests can stay just 1 or 2 nights if desired) Group Rate: $109 before tax per night (standard room types only, non-commissionable) Number of Rooms: 10 (mix of standard rooms with one king bed and standard rooms with two queen beds) Payment: Guests are paying for their own rooms. Guests will be asked to provide a credit or debit card to confirm their reservations when they call. Cut Off Date: November 25th - reservations MUST be made on or before this date to guarantee a room at the block rate. Reservations will not be accepted in this block after the cut off date. Any rooms not reserved by 11/25 will be released from the block. Cancellations: Guests should cancel any group room reservations by 4PM local hotel time, at least 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty.
