Question
When should we book our hotel or Air Bnb?
Answer
This is peak tourist season in a coastal town in Rhode Island, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible for best rates and availability! Many places also offer free cancellation until next summer. Narragansett is about 40 minutes south of Providence, so you can also book outside of Narragansett for better rates. Please see our "travel" page for hotel room blocks.

Is there on site parking?
Answer
No. There is street parking on Ocean Road, but that fills up quickly. Please allow ample time to park prior to the event so you arrive on time. We will have further recommendations on surrounding side streets you can park on as the date approaches.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be indoors, but we plan to have cocktail hour outside in the courtyard.

What should I wear?
Answer
We ask that you arrive in cocktail attire. The weather in Rhode Island can vary at the beginning of September, so check the weather to know if you’ll need to pack a sweater or shawl.

What's for dinner?

We will have a buffet style meal including: Prime rib carving station Statler chicken Green beans Fingerling potatoes Mashed potato bar Pasta bar with option of 3 sauces Rolls

Is it a cash bar?
Answer
No! We want everybody to have a great time, therefore a full open bar is on us! We appreciate and value your presence in our life, and highly encourage you to plan to have a designated driver or plan to take an Uber back if you will be drinking at our event. We thank you in advance!

Is this a kid friendly event?
Answer
We’re sorry, but this is an adult only event. Please refer to the names written on the invitation, or contact Royce or Kelly if you have further questions.

Is this venue handicap accessible?
Answer
Yes. The main event space is on the third floor and the main bathrooms are on the second floor; however there is elevator access for those who need it, as well as a handicap accessible restroom on the first level adjacent to the elevators. Please contact Royce or Kelly with further questions regarding accessibility should they arise, and they will be happy to provide more information.
