We’re getting married!

Royce and Kelly met during the COVID-19 pandemic on an online dating website. Their first date was at The Green Goat, where they chatted for hours over Narragansett Lager. The following weekend, Royce and Kelly headed to Rising Silo Brewery to listen to an Irish band play. Sparks absolutely flew and the two realized how much they had in common. It felt so natural and effortless. Kelly introduced Royce to her clumsy side, spilling the whole flight of beer all over the table and herself before even sitting down. Royce just laughed and tried to help clean up. They did car karaoke the whole way home to ‘Queen’ - and from there Royce and Kelly knew they found “somebody to love.”

Royce always knew how much Kelly loved hiking the White Mountains in New Hampshire. On their first vacation together, Royce and Kelly spent a day in Kennebunkport, Maine and then headed over to New Hampshire to hike Mount Washingtion via Tuckerman Ravine. There were breath taking views along the ravine trail, and Royce stopped to take in the scenery with Kelly by his side. Royce took this opportunity to get down on his knee to ask Kelly to marry him. She, of course, said “Yes!”.
