There are a few flight options for Durango. -Albuquerque NM airport is about 215 miles/3.5 hour drive from Durango, Co -Durango also has a regional airport in town. It is small, but Denver has flights in and out daily If you stay in downtown Durango near the train station, there are many walkable shops and restaurants. I would recommend getting a rental car if you plan to stay outside of downtown as it can be 15-30 mins drive in the other areas to the train station and downtown shops. Although Uber is an option in Durango as well. Since we are only inviting a small group to Durango, we did not block out any specific hotel. I know some people will want to do an airbnb and some will prefer a hotel. I have listed several hotels ranging in price from $150-$315/night in the downtown area.
