FAQs

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Estes Park offers a variety of lodging options, from charming cabins to cozy hotels and vacation rentals. We recommend booking early, as June is a popular time in the area. For more details on accommodation options and other travel notes, please visit the Travel section on our wedding website.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1, 2025. This will help us finalize all the details for the big day! You can RSVP directly on our wedding website under the RSVP section. We greatly appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible.

Question

When should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please plan on arriving 20 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow enough time to park and find your way to the ceremony site. This will ensure you're settled and ready before the festivities begin!

Question

What should I know about the weather?

Answer

Weather in June can vary, so we encourage our guests to keep an eye on the forecast leading up to the wedding and pack accordingly. Average temperatures range from highs in the mid-70s °F to lows in the mid-40s °F. Since the weather can change throughout the day, we recommend bringing a jacket for cooler temperatures in the evening. Afternoon thunderstorms are typical in the mountains during June, but they don’t usually last long. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, but rest assured, the venue is prepared to keep all guests comfortable regardless of weather. The venue provides umbrellas for all guests if needed, but we suggest bringing a light jacket or wrap in case of cooler temperatures.

Question

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes! When you arrive at Della Terra, the venue's transportation staff will instruct you where to park. The transportation staff will pick you up at your parking spot and take you to the ceremony location. Transportation staff will be available to take you back to your car at the end of the evening. You may leave your vehicle overnight and pick it up the next morning if needed.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire for the wedding is semi-formal. Keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside and evenings in the mountains can bring cooler temperatures. We encourage you to bring a wrap, sweater, or jacket if you are concerned about being cold.
