The Palmer House is our home base for the weekend. Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on site. Also by booking with our room block, you will have the resort/destination fee waived at check in and you can earn Hilton points if you are a rewards member.

Guests have until WEDNESDAY, APRIL 28, 2027 to book reservations at this discounted rate If you want to call in a reservation ...Reservations will be made by individuals calling Reservations directly at 203-905-2100, via email at guestservices@clubquarters.com. Individuals must identify themselves as being with the Phares/Milo Wedding room block at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate where available, and must provide us with the guest name, requested room type, and check-in/check-out dates.

Travel Note
If you are flying into O'Hare airport, the Palmer House Hilton Hotel is about a 25-30 minute cab or Uber ride. If you prefer public transportation, you can also take the Blue Line CTA train directly from O'Hare airport. It's a 45 min ride with no transfers. The Jackson Ave stop is only a 3 min walk to the hotel. There will not be transportation provided to and from the airport. Once you're in the city, everything included in our wedding weekend is walkable.
