Basin Harbor Resort - Lake Champlain

FYI - Our room block gets released to the public on May 20th. Please book your accommodations before then! If you are planning to attend and stay at Basin Harbor, we recommend you book your accommodations ASAP!! Call Basin Harbor Reservations at 800-622-4000 to reserve your accommodations! To get the wedding rates you have to call the reservations line and mention the Glander-Schonher wedding, you cannot reserve online. There is also a 2-night minimum to lock in the below wedding rates. Wedding rates (options reflect what remains in our block as of December 2024)~ - Studio Suites and Cottages: $309 (sleeps 2-3 comfortably) - One Bedroom Suites and Cottages: $389 (assumes two people, can add 2 additional for $25 each) - Two Bedroom Cottages: $679 (assumes four people, can add 2 additional for $25 each) -LIMITED AVAILABILITY Breakfast is included in all room rates and it is really good!! If you are traveling by plane to our wedding remember that starting May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights and access certain federal facilities.

Burlington International Airport

The Burlington International Airport is about 50 minutes from Basin Harbor Club. While you can rent a car, once you get to Basin Harbor a vehicle is not necessary. Here are some options to get to and from the resort. Green Mountain Taxi, about $80 one way. The company has a van and an SUV, fitting 6-7 people which is a great option to share and coordinate with other attendees. Guests can book through the Basin Harbor Concierge/Front Desk or feel free to call Green Mountain Taxi directly at (802) 503-3096 to book yourself. They take reservations in advance or last minute. Guests can either pay by credit card or cash, or charge directly to your room. Uber is a great option from the airport to the resort - it's about $60 one way. **UBER WILL NOT PICK UP PEOPLE AT BASIN HARBOR, THEY WILL ONLY DROP OFF THERE. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SCHEDULE A TAXI TO THE AIRPORT** Shuttle rides can be organized by the resort. Click below for more info.

Basin Harbor is about a 4-hour drive from Boston Logan International Airport.

Rivers Edge Cottages & RV Park

While we would love for all of our guests to stay at Basin Harbor, we understand that may not be an option for some people. Rivers Edge Cottages & RV Park is another option right down the road. Please note if you choose not to stay at Basin Harbor, we will not be providing any transportation and Ubers and Lyfts are not available in the area. Our loved ones' safety is extremely important to us, so please ensure you have a designated driver to get you to and from the events.

While we would love for all of our guests to stay at Basin Harbor, we understand that may not be an option for some people. Strong House Inn is another option that is just 10 minutes down the road. Please note if you choose not to stay at Basin Harbor, we will not be providing any transportation and Ubers and Lyfts are not available in the area. The Courtyard in Middlebury is another option that is about 30 minutes away.
