White River State Park is a great spot to check out right in downtown Indianapolis. Walk the canal, visit the Indianapolis Zoo, stop by the Indiana State Museum, or just enjoy the many gardens and outdoor spaces along the river. It's an easy, laid-back way to take in the city.
