We know that so many of our friends and family will be traveling from out of town and we want to thank you again. This page contains suggestions for all things Milwaukee; including hair/make-up, tasty food, and things to do prior to the wedding. We tried to make recommendations that are within walking distance or a very short drive from the venue itself. NOTE: The wedding venue and hotels are all located in the THIRD WARD of Milwaukee. If you want to do your own googling for things; the East Side and the Fifth Ward are the two surrounding of Milwaukee.

The HOP MKE Streetcar

Check out Milwaukee's Streetcar for easy travel within Downtown Milwaukee. Visit website for schedule of pick-ups and all of the Hop Stop locations. IT'S FREE TO RIDE! :)

Veterans Park

1010 North Lincoln Memorial Drive, Milwaukee, WI

If the weather is decent and you're looking to take a walk; we recommend walking straight down East Wisconsin Avenue until you hit the lake and walking the trails around this area. You can stay on the upper trails and see the parks, art museum, etc or go down to the lower end and walk along the lake, grab coffee, see the museums, etc. This also happens to be where we got engaged so we SORT OF love it.

One of our favorites! Even if you're not going to eat; we would recommend stopping in! The Public Market has a collection of wine shops, deli's, vegan food, sea food, market, and so much more!
