Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Attire: Anything between Cocktail & Formal
Please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 4:15pm. We ask all of our guests to remain "unplugged" during our ceremony; we promise that we will share photos of our day!
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
During Cocktail Hour, we will have an open bar availible to our guests, along with a Mocktail Bar, Water, and Soda. We encourage our guests to tip our amazing bartending staff throughout the evening.
Reception - Dinner, Drinks & Dancing!
6:30 pm - 11:45 pm
Dinner will be buffet-style and we are bringing in one of our favorites; Double-B's BBQ! All meats are certified Gluten-Free; along with all of their sauces. A majority of the sides are also Gluten-Free; with the exception of a few. These items will be marked to ensure there isn't any cross-contamination for our Gluten-Free Guests. Our chef is phenomenal and can accomodate for a specific dietary restriction or need; but we will need to know in advance. Please indicate your preference on your RSVP.
