There are tons of flights in and out of Cancun International Airport (CUN) everyday. Keep in mind that it's about a 50 minute drive from the airport to the Hotel XCaret.

Complimentary Shuttle between CUN and Hotel XCaret

November 6, 2021 6:00 am - 9:00 pm

Once you've booked your flight, call the staff at the Hotel XCaret and provide them with the following information: Your arrival date, airline & flight number. *********************** When you land at CUN, you will meet one of the hotel staff on the platform outside of your terminal. They'll be holding a Hotel XCaret sign! The shuttle runs every 30 minutes between 6AM and 9PM daily & every 60 minutes between 9PM and 6AM daily. *********************** 24 hours before your check out from Hotel XCaret, provide them with your same departure information and they'll be sure to get you on a shuttle safely back to the airport.

ATTENTION: As of June 2021, the Hotel Xcaret is fully booked. At this time, the Hotel Xcaret is only able to operate at 50% capacity; if this restriction is lifted, there will be more availability. Continue to check their website or call Hotel Xcaret for updates and information. **Luckily, there is still availability at Xcaret’s new beautiful hotel, Xcaret Arte! At the Xcaret Arte, you are still located on the resort property and only a short shuttle-ride away from the Hotel Xcaret! Arte guests will have guest passes to access Hotel Xcaret for all wedding-related events.**
