All-inclusive means that the rate you pay includes the room rate, all your food and drink during your stay*, transportation to and from the airport, transportation to and from the parks, access to the beach, pools, etc. All of the parks at Hotel XCaret are included with the rate of your room - there is no limitation or restriction to access based on room reservation. *There are a few (like 2) dinner restaurants which require additional cost - but you don't have to eat there if you don't want to!
Save the shorts and bathing suits for the beach! Women: Short or long dresses, heels if you'd like for the ceremony and a pair of sandals for the reception! Men: Consider going for a traditional guayabera shirt (google it) with khakis.
As long as you'd like! Consider making Hotel XCaret your fall family vacation!
As of June 2021, Hotel XCaret is open only at 50% capacity and is fully booked. Please consider staying at the Hotel XCaret Arte instead. A pass will be given to all guests of Arte to enter XCaret for the wedding.
Cesar and Kelly have decided not to block any rooms for the wedding. There are so many different room options and price-points, that they felt everyone could book whichever level of luxury they preferred on their own. You do not need to wait for them to book rooms for you. Go ahead and book your time in paradise now!
It depends. A few of the restaurants do require a reservation for dinner. Please check out all the dining options on the resort website, under the "Gastronomy" tab. There you will find the hours they are open and whether a reservation is required. You can schedule these through the hotel concierge.
