This is our host hotel and a beautiful venue- and the best bar in the Valley! Rooms are space available, and rates can change at any time so we suggest booking as SOON as possible. Flight

Getting to Vail

You can fly into Denver International Airport (DIA) or Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE). If you’re planning on renting a car, we recommend flying into DIA because the drive to Vail is absolutely gorgeous. If you’re not renting a car, you can still fly into Denver and catch a ride with the Colorado Mountain Express or another ground transportation provider (see Ground Transportation To/From Airport). DIA (www.flydenver.com) Vail is located approximately 100 miles west from Denver and about 2 hours from DIA. All major airlines service the DIA daily EGE (www.flyvail.com) Conveniently located 35 miles west of Vail Colorado Mountain Express (CME) Provides transportation directly to your hotel in Vail from Denver International and Eagle County Airport. CME is a very professional and reliable shuttle service. Guests may book through the general reservations line at 970-754-7433. All major car rental companies are represented at DIA.
