Question

What kind of temperature should we dress for at the wedding?

Answer

Since Echo Mountain is at 10,000ft elevation, we can expect it to be about 65-70 degrees during the day, which will feel pleasantly warm as long as the sun is out. Once the sun sets, the temp will likely drop into the 40s, so be prepared with a warm jacket. (Bonus points for fancy fur ;) faux or otherwise)

What’s the scoop on the shuttles?

Answer

The shuttles to the venue will be leaving promptly at 3PM. Be prepared for a 40 min drive up to the top of the mountain- the road is windy in parts so if you tend to get car sickness, take a Dramamine 30 min beforehand. Shuttles leaving at the end of the night will take off from the venue at: 8:30, 9:30 and again at 11PM. The returning shuttles will make two stops: 1) Downtown Golden, 2) back at the Hampton Inn.

We love your children and hope to see them at the welcome party, brunch, and other times throughout the weekend. For the wedding though, we want your full attention ;) Let us know if you need recommendations for local babysitters!
