The ceremony will be held on the back patio of the Pond House. There will be a cocktail hour immediately to follow on the patio as well.

To start, there will be a red wine poached pear salad. The entree options are: Braised short rib with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, and veal demi Chicken coq au vin with mushrooms, pearl onions, lardons, and mashed potatoes Miso-glazed grilled Japanese eggplant with rice ratatouille (gf, vegan) Roasted New England cod with farro risotto, artichoke hearts, apples, mushrooms, and lobster bisque A kid's meal of chicken tenders and fries is available.
