We are so excited to celebrate with you! For those staying onsite in rooftop tents, campers, or caravans, please ensure that all vehicles and accommodation setups are fully in place before 5:00pm on Friday. From 5:00pm onwards, we will begin our wedding preparations at the venue. We are keeping parts of the day as a special surprise for our guests, so we kindly ask that no further vehicle movements or setup take place after this time. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the magic alive!
6:00 am - 10:00 am
As we approach our special day, we ask for your cooperation with an important request on the morning of the wedding, Saturday, April 10th, 2027. To ensure everything runs smoothly and without disruption, all camping set-up must be completed by 11:00 AM, and we kindly ask that everyone vacates the venue by 11:00 AM. Once the venue is cleared, please refrain from returning until the ceremony begins. This is crucial to avoid any traffic, dust, or disturbance while the bridal party prepares, and photography is being done. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation to make sure the day is as beautiful and seamless as possible for everyone involved.
2:45 pm - 3:15 pm
We are so excited to celebrate this special day with you! To ensure the ceremony runs smoothly and starts on time, please arrive by 2:20 PM and be seated and ready by 2:30 PM at the latest. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:45 PM. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, we kindly ask that you wait at the side until the ceremony concludes. To avoid disrupting this important moment, we ask that no one enters or takes a seat once the ceremony is in progress. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a beautiful, uninterrupted ceremony.
6:00 am - 12:00 pm
We hope you had an amazing time celebrating with us! Because we love you (and know how real those post-party hangovers can be), we’ve hired a coffee cart to roll in on Sunday morning between 7:30 am and 9:30 am! ☕🥐 They’ll be serving up hot and iced coffees, toasties, and croissants to keep everyone caffeinated and cheerful while we pack down the wedding. Consider it our little treat and thank you for helping us wrap things up! Cash and card both accepted by the coffee cart. As we start the packing down process, we kindly ask that everyone leaves the venue by 12:00 PM on Sunday, April 11th. This gives us the time we need to finish clearing up and wrap things up properly.
