We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please!
We recommend that you arrive one hour before the start of the ceremony to ensure we can get the party started on time!
All guests must wear masks on the venue premises. During the ceremony guests will be asked to leave open chairs between households. During cocktail hour, while seated or socially distanced, guests may remove masks while enjoying beverages and appetizers. Once at your table inside the tent for reception, masks may be removed. When walking to the bathroom or leaving your table, please wear your mask. There will be hand sanitizer available for guests as well.
Looking up averages for February in Fallbrook, we should be expecting a high of 68 and a low of 44. Please bring a jacket. If weather permits, the ceremony and cocktail hour will remain outside with the reception to follow inside.
Parking is on the first Los Willows gate. There will be plenty of signs and staff to direct you to the venue.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures on site for around 30-45 mins. Guests can head straight to the tall cocktail tables, enjoy some appetizers, beverages and mingle with the family.
Yes. The ceremony and reception are right by each other, too. There is also a wheelchair accessible restroom.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #RollinwiththeRenterias so we can keep track of all of your pictures! During the ceremony, please limit phone and camera useage. We have an amazing photographer that is going to capture the moment and we will share those pictures with anyone who would like. Thank you for understanding.
Please call or text us and we will gladly help answer any questions. We are so excited to celebrate with all of you!
