When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 31st, 2025, by clicking the RSVP tab above.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Venue will be open for guest arrival starting at 3:30pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, please arrive 15-30 minutes early to ensure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park and find your seat.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and floor-length gowns are welcome, and so are suits and midi/cocktail dresses.

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear with your name when you RSVP.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Take the night off and leave the little ones at home! We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Is the venue inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. The cocktail hour and reception will be inside with air conditioning.

Is there parking for the wedding?
Answer
There will be a large parking lot right on the venue and attendants to guide with parking and directions as soon as you arrive to the venue! You can leave your car overnight and pick it up before 9am the next morning.

What are the dinner options?
Answer
Food will be served buffet style so you won’t need to pick one option! You’ll have the choice of getting one or both of the entrees available: Appetizers: Passed Hors d'oeuvres during Cocktail Hour Caesar Salad Main Entrees: Chicken Roulade Boneless chicken breast with asparagus, sundried tomato, and smoked gouda cheese, served with a honey Sriracha cream sauce Chef Carved House Marinated Flank Steak cooked medium/medium rare and offered with Argentinian chimichurri sauce Sides: Julienne of Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Red Pepper, and Carrots Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes Special meals for dietary restrictions (i.e. vegetarian) are available upon request, please inform us of any allergies/restrictions when you RSVP or contact us for any questions/concerns!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Enjoy beer, wine, and cocktails on us throughout the night!

Is smoking allowed at the venue?
Answer
Please do not smoke inside the venue. Smoking is permitted in any of the other designated outdoor areas.

What if I miss the RSVP or cannot make it?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 31st, 2025. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend. We’d love to celebrate with you, but we’re required to give our vendors a final headcount—no late RSVPs can be accepted. If you've already RSVP'd "Yes" but can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you!
