What’s the dress code?
Answer
Formal! Think tuxes and gowns or suits and formal cocktail dresses. Dress to impress—we can’t wait to see you looking your best.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will take place indoors.
Question
Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. That said, we recommend carpooling or using Uber/Lyft if possible, as parking fills up quickly with the golf club members. Guests staying at the Westin or Sheraton will have access to a shuttle to and from the venue.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
If your kids are listed on your invitation and RSVP, they’re absolutely welcome! Otherwise, this will be an adults-only celebration.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM and be seated no later than 4:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, we kindly ask that you wait and join us for the cocktail hour at 5:30 PM.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or carpooling. A shuttle will also be available for guests staying at the Westin and Sheraton across from the venue.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please indicate any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will have a vegetarian option available. If you’re vegan, gluten-free, or have any allergies, just let us know on your RSVP and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Only if your plus-one is listed on your invitation. If they’re not included, we kindly ask that you attend solo—we promise it’ll still be a blast!

What’s the weather like in Carlsbad in September?
Answer
September is one of the most beautiful months in Carlsbad! Expect sunny skies and warm days, with highs in the mid-70s to low 80s, and cooler evenings in the 60s. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap, especially for the outdoor portions of the evening.

Are there any events happening outside of the wedding day?
Answer
Yes! Join us for a welcome party at Fresco Cocina on Thursday, September 25th at 7:00 PM. We’d love to kick off the celebration with you!
