White Water Rafting on the Arkansas River!

White water rafting is a huge part of lives and we’d love to share an afternoon on the river with you! We have organized a group Browns Canyon Half-Day, class 3 white water rafting trip with the company Haley used to work for - Performance Tours Rafting. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BOOK A TRIP, PLEASE RSVP AND REACH OUT TO HALEY/DANIEL DIRECTLY! We will then provide you with the link to book your trip and the specific amount you owe with our group discounted rate ($65.93 per person). This will ensure you are getting the correct rate and will be with our group. If you can't make it Thursday, let us know and we'll help you get out on a trip Friday at our discounted rate. If you have your own raft we will organize a shuttle so you can paddle yourself with the trip. Please RSVP and let us know if you plan to join us on the river with your own craft. Can't make it rafting? No worries! Join us for a happy hour beverage around 5pm at Main Street Tavern in downtown Buena Vista!

Pre Wedding Bowling Party!

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We're bowling in STYLE! Daniel and Haley plan on wearing their best party shirts and encourage you to do the same! We're talking florals, birds, prints, your loudest Hawaiian shirt - anything goes! If that's not really your style, no problem at all! Wear whatever you want!

We appreciate everyone traveling near and far to celebrate with us! We’ve rented out the entire bowling alley (games and shoes included) to spend some time together before the big day. Come by, hang out, and bowl a few frames if you’d like! Come and go as you please. Please note - we recommend eating dinner prior to bowling. The bar will be open, but food will likely be very limited.

TRANSPORTATION PICKUP!

3:15 pm - 3:45 pm

Transportation is provided and must be taken by guests to/from the venue as parking at the venue is VERY LIMITED! If you require your own transportation please reach out to us directly. If you are staying at an Airbnb, pickup will begin at 3:15pm at the Riverside Park in downtown Salida. Look for a school bus parked on East Sackett Ave, most likely close to the Scout Hut. If you need to drive to get there, there's a lot of free parking in the near vicinity. It is likely to be busy so please give yourself plenty of time to park and walk to the pickup point. Following in-town pickup, the buses will travel to the Hampton Inn in Salida on highway 50 to pickup guests staying at the hotel. Pickup from the Hampton Inn Hotel will be at 3:40pm and all guests will then be transported to the venue, set to arrive at 4:00pm prior to the ceremony start at 4:30pm. Multiple departure times will be set up from the venue back to Salida and the Hampton Inn with the last pickup at 10:00pm.

Sunday Morning Farewell

11:00 am - 12:00 pm

We'll be hanging out at the Riverside Park for an hour or so Sunday morning. If you have a minute before you head out of town, swing by so we can see your face one last time before the weekend is over! Bring your own food/coffee if you'd like!
