We're getting married!

After casually and briefly being introduced at a preseason 49ers game at Candlestick Park in 2013, Max and Addie actually met over the summer of 2014 at barbecues and pool parties at the Kellerman home in Aptos. But the true moment came with New Year's Eve. Surrounded by mutual friends, the two got to know each other as Max DJ-ed the party. When Addie requested Motown hit after Motown hit and Max dropped some serious West Wing references, it was all over. They've been inseparable ever since.

On the eve of a vacation to Seattle - where many thought a proposal would occur - Max had a surprise planned. When Addie returned home from work, she barely had time to put down her purse. Max had watched her park from the balcony and was waiting at the front door with a bouquet of roses. Max said, "I have a question for you." Addie's heart skipped a beat, thinking she knew what was coming. He asked, "Are you ready for vacation?!" Tricked! But he had more to say. After delivering the sweetest speech she had ever heard, Max was down on one knee, ring in hand. "YES!" It was perfect. Private, just the two of them, in the home they've created. All the things Addie loves most. And followed up by the best vacation ever - a practice honeymoon!
