Health & Safety

We postponed our wedding to 2021 so that we could have a large celebration, surrounded by our loved ones. It is inconvenient to take extra safety steps, but our hope is that everyone attending will be able to safely relax and enjoy themselves as much as possible.

Vaccines & Testing

All guests (12 years and older) are required to provide proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test prior to arriving at the venue. If getting tested, your COVID test must be administered within 72 hours of when you arrive at the venue. Please quarantine between your test and arrival. **If you are flying, this means you will need to get tested after arriving in Seattle.** Being “fully vaccinated” means you will have received your final vaccine dose at least 14 days prior to arriving at the venue.

How do I provide vaccination or testing results?

When you RSVP, please include your email address. The weekend before the wedding we will send you a link to the private form as well as any final wedding information. If you are already vaccinated, feel free to upload your documentation at any time! Private form for uploading proof of vaccination and/or test results: https://forms.gle/QLTdFH9AZ8tWYz1N8

Please Note: Full Vaccination may be required

We sincerely hope that there will be no additional changes, but 2020 has taught us that things can change quickly and unexpectedly when it comes to pandemics. We will be following WA state directives and mandates. Full vaccination and/or testing for younger children may end up being required depending on how the next few months go with the variants.

If you will not be fully vaccinated:

Your COVID test must be administered within 72 hours of when you arrive at the venue. Please quarantine between your test and arrival. **If you are flying you will need to get tested after you arrive in Seattle.** We ask that you wear a mask when inside the Lodge.

What if I feel sick?

If you feel at all sick, please stay home and rest up! We want you to feel your best and we also want to safeguard the health of all in attendance. If you have any COVID symptoms you must have a negative test result and be symptom free before arriving at the venue. This is for all guests regardless of vaccination status.

Additional Health Information

The venue is almost completely outdoors. There will be hand sanitizer available throughout the venue. All guests will be asked to sanitize before the dinner buffet in the Lodge and we ask unvaccinated guests to wear a mask inside.

Venue Safety Information

The venue is surrounded by dense forest with direct access to the Green River. If you are bringing your children, please keep a close eye on them since there will be no childcare or supervision provided.

How will I be notified of any changes?

When you RSVP you will be asked to include your email address. We will be sending out an email the weekend before the wedding with directions, camping instructions, and final health/safety information. We will send a separate email and update the website ASAP if there are any changes to the vaccine or testing requirements.
